I think it was fate, this book helped me get through the toughest times with my baby and really helped me tune into his temperment. I do have to say that I did use some controlled crying method from another author. For a first time mom this book was a life saver. My son sleeps happily now, 11 hours at night and takes all his naps.something I never thought was possible. But the schedule and naps ideas in this book are fantastic. I've read a little on feeding and sleeping and there are some valuable tips. I haven't read the entire book yet but it's a good book to reference when a specific problem comes up.

We thought she wasn't tired but it turns out she was and just needed some help getting to sleep. Before we read this our baby was up all day long and really fussy.
